For those who prefer to collect their orders, we offer convenient pick-up locations:
- Christchurch: 14 Glenavon Place, Ilam, Christchurch 8041 (Head Office & Pick Up)
- Auckland: 36 Trelawn Place, Cockle Bay, Auckland 2014 (Pick Up Location Only)
Simply select “Collect from Store” during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pick-up

We understand that sometimes you need your goodies right away! That’s why we offer pick-up 7 days a week. Just give us a call or text at 022 105 8903, and we’ll arrange a time that works for you.
Delivery
We’ve partnered with NZ POST to ensure your parcels are delivered safely, swiftly, and affordably. All our parcels are sent via express delivery, and depending on when you place your order, we aim for delivery within 1-3 working days.
For your convenience, we offer an Overnight delivery across New Zealand, so your items are always in good hands.
Shipping rates are based on your location:
- $8.50 – North Island
- $9.50 – North Island – Signature Required
- $12.50 – North Island Rural
- $13.50 – North Island Rural – Signature Required
- $8.50 – South Island
- $9.50 – South Island – Signature Required
- $12.50 – South Island Rural
- $13.50 – South Island – Signature Required
FOR YOUR INFORMATION:
We and NZ POST have a specialized tracking system that monitors your order, providing updates throughout the entire delivery journey. As a result, If an order is shipped without the “signature required” option, we are not liable once our system confirms the delivery. After the order is marked as delivered, it is the recipient’s responsibility to ensure a safe location for receiving the package.
Please note, we currently only ship within New Zealand.
Returns
All orders leave our warehouse in brand new, undamaged condition.
Can I Return Something I’ve Purchased?
We offer exchanges or refunds on any item purchased from BROWS BOUTIQUE within 14 days of receiving your order. If, for any reason, you no longer want the product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be completely undamaged, unopened, and in brand new condition with all parts and accessories included. In such cases, the return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, and any shipping fees paid for your original order are non-refundable
What should I do if the item arrived damaged?
Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, you may receive goods that are damaged or faulty.
If this happens, please send us a message with a photo and a brief description of the issue. Hold on to the goods, as the manufacturer may require the faulty items to be returned for inspection. We will work to identify and rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
If you’re not satisfied with a purchase made on our website, you can return the items to us in their original, unopened condition within 10 days. We’ll be happy to exchange, replace, or refund your order.
