Mixing ratio: Mix NOEMI Dye with NOEMI 3% Developer at a 1:1 ratio, following the manufacturer’s instructions. For enhanced skin staining, apply NOEMI Primer before colouring as directed.
Application: Apply an even layer, beginning at the brow tail. NOEMI Dye does not require the thin-layer technique used with some other brands.
