HOW TO USE

Mix Noemi Clear with Noemi Solution at a 1:1 ratio. To customise your shade, combine Clear with your desired Noemi Dye colour at a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio until smooth and creamy. Add Noemi Solution at a 1:1 ratio and mix thoroughly. Apply to the brows and leave for 10–15 minutes, following the manufacturer’s instructions.
