ÉLAN Color remover, 120ml

The product allows soft blending of the eyebrow starting points in order to create the ideal gradient. The remover contains the special ingredient – a neutralizer, which covers up the alcohol base odor. The remover is ideal for using with other eyebrow tint brands.

How to use:

Apply the product with a cotton bud or a cotton pad on the desired eyebrow areas in order to remove the pigment excess or soften the eyebrow shape using the blending technique.
